The Need

The National Council needed additional senior creative capacity to support a growing volume of high-quality, accessible communications.


My Role

I joined as a Fractional Art Director, providing senior creative leadership, hands-on design, and oversight across publications, campaigns, and organizational communications.


The Approach

I balanced hands-on design production with creative prioritization, process improvements, and support for the internal design team.
