Overview:
I design and produce a wide range of publication materials that support research communication, outreach, and branding goals. My work includes reports, briefs, fact sheets, white papers, brochures, and other marketing collateral. Each project combines strategic layout, thoughtful typography, and a strong sense of narrative flow—ensuring complex information is presented clearly and accessibly while maintaining brand integrity.
My Role:
I serve as both designer and production lead, overseeing layout design, visual storytelling, and final production. This includes developing infographics, illustrations, and data visualizations that enhance readability and engagement. I collaborate closely with writers, editors, and subject matter experts to ensure every publication meets clarity, accuracy, and audience needs. I also manage image research, asset selection, and version control from concept through final delivery.
Challenges & Approach:
Publication design requires precision, consistency, and a deep understanding of both editorial and production workflows. I work closely with editorial teams and vendors to ensure that each piece meets professional standards for print and digital formats. My process includes rigorous file preparation, attention to accessibility, and oversight of paper selection, press proofs, and production specs to ensure high-quality results.
Outcome & Impact:
The publications I design are recognized for being visually cohesive, well-organized, and reader-friendly. Flagship pieces such as Think Creative magazine have become cornerstone tools for outreach and engagement, reinforcing brand identity and extending the impact of key organizational messages.
