Digital media is essential for connecting with residents, promoting City programs, and encouraging community participation across platforms. My experience designing digital assets—from social media graphics and infographics to web banners and animated visuals—aligns with the City of Gaithersburg’s goal of providing clear, engaging, and consistent messaging that reaches diverse audiences. I focus on creating accessible, on-brand digital content that works seamlessly across formats and devices, aligning with the City’s efforts to inform and involve the public through modern communication channels.

Overview:
I design a variety of digital products that support marketing, communication and user engagement. These include digital ads, emails, social media assets, microsites, presentations, digital business cards and web-based storytelling experiences. Each product is tailored to meet the unique needs of digital audiences—prioritizing clarity, usability, and brand consistency.
My Role:
As lead designer and visual strategist, I collaborate with stakeholders to shape content for digital products. I focus on creating engaging designs that work across devices and platforms.
Challenges & Approach:
Digital work often involves navigating evolving content, tight deadlines and platform limitations. I approach each project with flexibility and a problem-solving mindset—whether that means adapting designs for mobile or translating long-form content into scannable digital experiences.
Outcome & Impact:
The digital products I’ve designed have supported launches, conferences, organizational storytelling and recruitment. They’ve helped unify cross-channel branding and provided products that can be easily shared, updated and repurposed across teams.
